Welcome to the beautiful Garden Route and the start of your adventure! After arriving at George Airport, enjoy a private transfer to Knysna and take some time to settle in and relax.

In the evening, join your hosts and fellow travellers for a Welcome Meet & Greet Dinner. Get to know the group, enjoy introductions, and hear about the exciting days ahead.

Day 2 – Find Your Game

It's time to hit the courts! The morning begins with a fun on-court assessment, where our coaches get to know your playing style and group players by level.

Enjoy some free time afterwards – take a lagoon swim, visit the spa, or simply relax.

Later, the competition begins with lively Americano match play, coach feedback, and plenty of fun. The day ends with a relaxed group dinner at the Knysna Waterfront.

Day 3 – Performance & Coastal Escape

The day starts with a transfer to Simola for a high-performance coaching session to sharpen your skills and build confidence on the court.

Then it's off to Plettenberg Bay! Enjoy a scenic lunch overlooking the valley before checking into your boutique coastal stay. Later, the competition heats up with match play, followed by a relaxed hosted dinner and stories from the day.

Robberg peninsula coastline

Day 4 – Rest, Recharge & Adventure

After two action-packed days, it's time to reset and enjoy the best of Plettenberg Bay. Start with a gentle Pilates and mobility session before soaking up some downtime by the pool or on the beach.

Then it's time to choose your adventure! Hike the spectacular Robberg Peninsula, paddle across the lagoon, sip local wines in The Crags, or get your adrenaline going with one of Plett's many adventure activities.

We end the day with great food, good company, and dinner at one of Plett's favourite local spots.

Day 5 – Game On

After a day of rest and adventure, it's time to get back on court and into the rhythm of the game. The morning begins with a technical coaching session, fine-tuning your skills and sharpening your strategy.

Then it's time to put it all into practice with structured competitive matches, where the rallies get longer and the competition gets friendlier.

Later, enjoy some free time to relax, recover, or squeeze in one last adventure before gathering for an optional social dinner and sharing stories from the day.

Friends celebrating together

Day 6 – Rally, Compete & Celebrate

This is what you've been building towards all week – the big finale! After one last tactical tune-up, it's time for the Padel Explore Mini Tournament. Expect plenty of competitive spirit, big points, great rallies, and even bigger laughs as everyone takes to the court for a fun-filled day of action.

As the sun sets, it's time to celebrate. Join us for a special Farewell Dinner, awards presentation, and a few well-deserved toasts to new friendships, unforgettable memories, and an incredible week of padel, adventure, and connection.

FAQ

A few good questions

  • Padel Explore is designed for social and league players — not complete beginners or elite professionals. Players are grouped by level so the experience remains both comfortable and challenging. If you've been playing regularly and want to improve, you'll fit right in.

  • We offer both open groups for individual travellers and closed group bookings for friends, clubs, or private groups. Everyone rotates and plays with different partners throughout the week, so you'll quickly feel part of the group no matter how you arrive.

We do recommend getting in touch with us beforehand so we can place you in the right group. We run small, curated groups (4–12 players) to ensure the best match in playing level and group dynamic.

  • Flights to George, lunches and drinks, optional experiences, and recovery treatments are not covered in the package price.

  • A 50% deposit secures your place, with balance due 30 days before departure; cancellations apply on a sliding scale depending on timing, and all departures are subject to minimum group numbers (4–12 guests), with options to transfer dates or receive a refund if minimums are not met.

Read full payment & cancellation policy here: Terms & conditions.

  • This is not a bootcamp. Mornings are focused and intentional. Afternoons bring competitive play. Evenings slow down. You won't feel rushed or overwhelmed. Recovery sessions are optional.

  • The Garden Route offers coastal hikes, lagoon paddling, wine tasting, and long afternoons by the ocean. We'll guide you to the best local spots — or leave you to explore at your own pace.
