Payment & Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your place.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.

This allows us to confirm accommodation, coaches, transfers, and curated experiences with our trusted local partners.

Because Padel Explore operates with small group sizes and pre-booked services, the following cancellation terms apply:

• 60+ days before departure: 10% of total booking fee is retained
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable
• 14–29 days before departure: 80% of total trip cost is non-refundable
• 0–13 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost is non-refundable

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

• All departures are subject to minimum group numbers (4–12 guests per group).
• For group bookings, a minimum of 4 guests is required.
• For individual bookings, a minimum of 8 guests is required.
• If a departure does not reach the minimum required numbers, we may offer:
  • A transfer to an alternative date, or
  • A full refund (including deposit)
• Booking changes may be accommodated where possible, but cannot be guaranteed within 60 days of departure.
